We Are the Leaders!
"We Are the Leaders!" is Limitless Academy's flagship leadership development programme for young people aged 11–16. Designed to be flexible, engaging, and impactful, the programme is particularly effective for individuals who may face additional challenges, have low confidence, or experience barriers to opportunity.
The programme is built around the belief that leadership is not about titles or positions: it is about developing the confidence, character, and skills to make a positive difference in your own life and the lives of others.
Schools, home education networks or community groups can choose to deliver a single module, a combination of modules, or the full programme depending on their priorities and the needs of the young people involved.
Programme structure
The programme consists of six themed modules, each delivered over five weekly sessions of 100 minutes, creating a transformational leadership journey that develops different dimensions of personal growth and leadership capability.
Module 1: Confidence
This module helps young people build self-belief, develop a positive sense of identity, and recognise their strengths. Participants learn how to challenge self-doubt, step outside their comfort zones, and develop the courage to participate, contribute, and lead.
